[Title] => Santi Bose 2.0
[Summary] => I never met the multi-media artist Santiago “Santi” Bose. He unexpectedly passed away before I could get the chance to. But I do know him, in the second-hand way you know fathers of friends, or cultural icons: through snippets of stories and fond recollections.

[Title] => The big chill in Baguio, and beyond
[Summary] => Many of us in the loving tribe still cant get over the demise of Santiago Bose, artist non pareil, on Dec. 3, at 53. Every day e-mail messages still pour in, contributing to what must now be a golden cache of anecdotes about our gifted, ludic friend who touched our lives with his great good art and incomparable cheer. His daughter Lilledeshan, a highly promising writer, is collating these "imperial messages."

[Title] => Santi shantih Santi
[Summary] => There is family, and there is family.
The first one youll fight and die for, as much as join up a Ping-for-Prez campaign for. The second sustains you, reminds you always about what youve been through, all the "sadness or euphoria" as one more good friend like Jimmy Fabregas used to sing in the 80s at a speakeasy on Shaw. Let me explain.
