[Summary] => The Supreme Court has ordered the release of a farmer who was meted the death penalty for the rape-killing of a 13-year-old girl in Zamboanga del Norte.

Bureau of Corrections director Ricardo Macala said he received the High Court’s order of release for 31-year-old Josephere Tajada last Tuesday.

Tajada became a free man yesterday after spending two years in the death row.
