                    [Summary] => CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna — Police filed criminal charges yesterday against the vice mayor of Alitagtag, Batangas for the killing of a man who had quarreled with his friend last April 12. 


Senior Inspector Narcisco Perez, Alitagtag police chief, said they would arrest Alitagtag Vice Mayor Ambrosio Sandoval as soon as the court issues a warrant following the filing of murder charges against him. 


Perez said the victim, Rodolfo Amurao, 41, had a quarrel with Sandoval’s friend Raul Alcarez, 40, on the night of April 12.
