[Title] => PCGG told to produce evidence vs Vers son
[Summary] => The Sandiganbayan has junked the governments motion for a summary judgment of the forfeiture case against Rexor Ver, son of the late Armed Forces chief general Fabian Ver.
In a four-page resolution last April 11, the anti-graft courts second division held that Rexor Ver is entitled to a full-blown trial to disprove the governments accusations that he acted as a dummy for his late father.
The government said Ver has helped to conceal the alleged ill-gotten wealth of his late father amassed during the term of the late strongman Ferdinand Marcos.
