In a telephone interview, Dr. Orlando Molina, CCU president, told The STAR that a certain Raffy Ocsales, who claimed to be Echiverri’s representative, barged inside the registrar’s office at around 2 p.m. and announced that he was ordered by the mayor to close the school and ordered him and his staff to vacate the school premises.
