Quezon City Mayor Feliciano Belmonte Jr. and Education Secretary Jesli Lapus will be the guests of some 3,000 special children, their parents and volunteers in the annual "Camp Pag-ibig 2007," an overnight camping at the Balara Filtration in Diliman on Feb. 17 to 18.


Belmonte, the honorary camp director of the yearly affair, assured camp organizers of the city government’s strong commitment for the protection and care of children with special needs "to make them feel that they are really cared for in this part of the world."
