In a letter to NBI Director Federico Opinion, SRA Administrator Nicolas Alonzo also urged the NBI to take appropriate legal action against New Frontier Sugar Corp. (NFSC) should the agency find sufficient evidence to prove the company’s involvement in the fake quedan scam.
