[Summary] => BACOLOD CITY — Fifteen people, mostly children and the elderly, were killed on the spot when the truck they were riding in overturned and fell off a cliff before dawn yesterday in La Libertad, Negros Oriental. Thirty others survived the tragedy.
The victims were on their way to sell their produce in the town proper of La Libertad, 104.6 kilometers from the capital city of Dumaguete, when they met the tragedy.
