Sinabi ni Wilson Fortaleza, pangulo ng Sanlakas, miyembro ng Progresibong Alyansa ng mga Tagatangkilik ng Tubig sa Kamaynilaan (PATTAK) na sobrang pahirap ang dadalhin ng mahihirap na Pilipino sa ilalim ng kasalukuyang administrasyon at madaragdagan pa ang problema kapag naitaas ang singil sa tubig.
