[Summary] => Some loose ends still need to be connected and wrong premises corrected in the recent Estrada move to impeach eight justices of the Supreme Court. This is necessary to avoid a wrong perception among the public ( and Congressmen) who may not have a clear understanding of the principle of separation of powers. Much more so because a compromise formula has been suggested where the Supreme Court is called upon to admit and correct its alleged error in declaring Estrada permanently incapacitated to govern as President in exchange for a formal written resignation on his part.
