The Philippine Karatedo Federation has sought a Temporary Restraining Order from the Securities and Exchange Commission against the Philippine Olympic Committee fact-finding committee investigating alleged anomalies in the association.

PKF president Pochollo Veguillas served the petition Friday, the same day the POC fact-finding body, chaired by former POC president Jose Sering, conducted its second hearing although it was only received by the latter yesterday at the POC's annex office in Vito Cruz, Manila.

The POC investigating body has been tasked to look into the eight-point complaint by karatekas against Veguillas who resigned from the national squad a month back.
