San Juan Mayor Joseph Victor Ejercito directed police chief Superintendent Rodelio Jocson to see to it that today’s celebration would be peaceful and orderly.

In his report to Ejercito, Jocson said he has formed a 14-man team tasked to arrest residents caught throwing hard objects and dirty water on people riding public transportation.
