Aimed at expanding its base in a bid to discover fresh and more talents, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association (PASA) yesterday launched its grassroots program dubbed the Pilipinas Youth Swimming Cup which takes off the ground in September.


The event, which culminates in the national finals set Dec. 8-10 at the Trace Aquatics Center in Los Baños, Laguna, will be open  to all PASA-registered clubs in the country.
