The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) said yesterday it is prepared to fully operate the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA-3) after a Pasay City regional trial court (RTC) granted the government’s petition to put the money for expropriation of the terminal in an escrow account.
