SPO1 Onie Ricote of the Southern Police District Traffic Center identified the victim as Antonio Ostan, 52, a former teacher of the Don Carlos Revilla Elementary School in Pasay City and a resident of 9-C Interior 3rd St., West Crame, San Juan.
According to Ricote, the incident took place at around 11:30 a.m. along the Philippine National Railways tracks in the area of North Bangkal, Makati City.
