Contrary to a Commission on Audit report, there was no over issuance of gasoline to city government-leased vehicles from RDAK Transport Equipment, according to Cebu City Transport Service executive director Arcadio Oberes.


The COA, in its annual report, stated that there was an over issuance of 21,013.20 liters to the leased vehicles amounting to P636,069.56. It noted that the finding was based on the computation that a multicab consumes at least a liter of gasoline for every 10 kilometers.
