I just found out last week that when one of the more reputable survey groups asked Comelec for the final tally of the 2013 senatorial election, they were told Comelec is still encoding it.

                    [Summary] => A group of barangay chairmen in Manila’s North and South Harbor who are all members of an organization called "Beyond 2004 Movement" yesterday  thanked President Arroyo for  lifting Presidential Proclamation No. 1017.


In a one-page manifesto, the group has expressed belief that the President has issued Proclamation 1017 "to ensure the safety of the state and all Filipinos and to build a strong republic."


The manifesto was entitled "Mabuhay PGMA."
