At least 1,103 farmers from the provinces of Pampanga, Bulacan and Tarlac whose crops were destroyed by typhoon “Juan” last Oct. 18 were able to collect crop insurance totaling P9.59 million from the Philippine Crop Insurance Corp. (PCIC).
