We get frustrated when we don’t get what we want, when we get less than what we bargained for or when we don’t get our way. We deal with frustrations in different ways. We can withdraw, push on, or re-evaluate our options and try something else.

In my case, I face my frustrations by praying. When I pray, it becomes easier for me accept that things are not going the way I expected or want them to be and somehow, I find the strength to transform a negative situation into something positive.
