Anselmo Bacalla, 23, and Noli Encho, 24, both residents of Langtad, Naga,  and another suspect Glen Escabas, were accused of raping and killing Glorence Glysa Tapia of Lacaron, San Fernando town last October.


The victim, reportedly a lesbian, accompanied her girlfriend in going home to sitio Lawis after attending a benefit dance in sitio Mohon. However, upon reaching a dark area, the suspects attacked Tapia, raped her and killed her.
