Two Moro Islamic Liberation Front ( MILF) rebels died while three government militiamen were injured following a clash in North Cotabato on Thursday, a top military official said on Friday.

TransCo president Alan T. Ortiz said the state-owned firm has decided to take over these projects after the contractor, Alphaomega Integrated Corp., ceased all activities in the construction sites since December last year.

All six projects were supposed to have been completed last year.
