This is in reference to Mr. Victor C. Agustin’s Money-Go-Round column which was published today, Oct. 14, in The Philippine Star. In his column, Mr. Agustin wrote “The en banc Court  of Tax Appeals ruled that the Ongpin-controlled Philippine Bank of Communications was entitled to a P4.6-million tax refund in 2006….”
