Philippine National Police (PNP) investigators alleged that State Prosecutor Emmanuel Velasco too readily dropped the murder charges against confessed killer Philip Medel Jr. and an alleged accomplice, Mike Martinez, as well as the parricide case against Blanca’s American husband, Rod Lauren Strunk.
