The Cebu Chess Executives and Professionals Chess Association (CEPCA) will conduct its Monthly Handicapping Chess Tournament at 1:00 p.m. today at the Bibo Chess Club, in Jakosalem Cor., P. Gomez St., Cebu City.
This will gather all CEPCA members and guests chess enthusiasts, who will be fighting to get the championship title and prizes at stake.
The event follows the five rounds Swiss System and has varied time controls from the different classes. Class A will have five minutes, Class B with 15 minutes and 20 minutes will be allotted to Class C.

Fiel posted a total sof six points after seven rounds as he sealed his bid with a convincing win against Jonard Labadan.
Percy Fiel, on the other hand, claimed the second spot as while Maggi Dionson wound up third.
Manday Baria was fourth with 4.5 points and 19.5 Bucholz while Dante Arguelles was the fifth placer with 4.5 points and 19 Bucholz.
