[Title] => Brothers in arms
[Summary] => It is one thing to be locked-down and loaded (rich folks plastering on social media their OOTDs, un-beggarly banquets, old travel pix to Europe, workout sessions, important books they are about to read we get it, you read books and generally feeling like “prisoners” inside their palatial homes), and it is another thing to be a Filipino musician not named Regine, Ely, Bamboo, Ben or the other Ben.

[Title] => Songs of brotherhood
[Summary] =>
Some night I should ask Rafael "Boy" Vinzon, proprietor of My Bros Mustache on Scout Delgado corner Scout Madriñan off Timog Avenue in QC, why they settled for that (more or less) standard spelling. Some nights when my eyes get woozy (not me!) and they stare too long at the bars logo right above the corner stage, my left brain does its usual bifurcation novelties. And I read the sign as "My brothers must ache."

[Title] => Let it blur
[Summary] => The press conference for Blur was doomed from the start.I was at the Hotel New Otani in Tokyo, Japan, covering the two-day/four-stage Summer Sonic 2003 music festival, which featured Brit rock bands Radiohead and Blur as headliners. The day before, I had a chat with Radioheads Jonny and Collin Greenwood. Nice chaps witty, down-to-earth and amusingly sarcastic (not to me, though). Hard to associate the Greenwood brothers with the foreboding, darkly ambient music they create with the rest of the guys in Radiohead.
