The local automotive industry has created the Philippine Automotive Competitiveness Council Inc. (PACCI) to promote domestic manufacturing as well as ensure overall future competitiveness and to preserve jobs, the Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturers Association of the Philippines (MVPMAP) said.
