We were very happy to read that a Muslim rebel group loyal to Nur Misuari released Marine Major General Ben Dolorfino and Undersecretary Ramon Santos of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process. This means that this group is not a terrorist group. It is a group seeking reforms.
