Tourists visiting Guam can once again shop till they drop as the Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) brings back the biggest shopping event in the Western Pacific region, the “Shop Guam Festival (SGF).” The much-awaited annual shopping event redefines the definition of paradise with its array of retail establishments offering discounts, coupled with exclusive dining and entertainment deals for visitors during the 73-day festival, which runs from Nov. 1 to Jan. 12, 2015.
