Cebu's foot racers return action today after the First Sinulog 42-km Marathon when the ML Kwarta Padala Friendship Run starts this morning in front of the Cebu Provincial Capitol building here.


There will be three distances, which the runners can pick like the 10K, 5L and 3K divisions.


The 10K and 5K divisions will be open to all runners while the 3K action will be for runners 12 years-old and below.
