What started out earlier this year as a series of consultative meetings by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry - Marikina Chapter (PCCI-Marikina) with the different sectors in the business community - including its end-users/consumers - has snowballed into a bandwagon of sorts to revive the ailing state of the shoe industry in support of the city’s “Make-it-Marikina” campaign pitch.
