The victims, identified as Fe Ocampo, Michael Huelar and Marvin Opon, blamed supporters of Malonzos rivals for their injuries. Malonzos wife, Gwendolyn "Gigi" Malonzo, is running for mayor under the Lakas-CMD banner.
The three sought help from the Station Investigation Bureau (SIB) headed by Inspector Romeo Onte.
