[Title] => M Cafés carnivore night
[Summary] =>
When the invitation came for dinner at M Cafe, hosted by Alternatives Food Corporation, distributors of Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef, I blacked out, conjuring up visions of beef heaven. Ive always had a high regard for the brain trust of M Cafe, Andre Wisniewski and chef Sau del Rosario, and was excited to sample the dishes theyd concoct, all centered on this venerable type of beef.

[Title] => Hair apparent gets the royal treatment
[Summary] =>
When you reach my ripe and "vintage" age, every strand of hair on your head that you can still truly call original and "homegrown" is as precious as the most perfect diamond. One can talk of great hairpieces, weaves, toupees, transplants and grafts, but thats all mere cover-up (literally?), because at the end of the day, who really wants thinning hair or "going bald" problems?

[Title] => Its not that hard, really
[Summary] => Im through with resolutions. Oscar Wilde once said, "Good resolutions are simply checks that men draw on a bank where they have no account." Always was quite an observer, that Oscar.
Truly, resolutions are simply promises we make to ourselves so we may feel better about the transgressions that we have committed in the past. Last year, I found myself making the same resolutions I did three years ago.
Not only was I sacrilegiously absolving myself of my sins, but I was committing them over and over again like a crazed serial killer.
