Regional Trial Court Branch 7 judge Simeon Dumdum Jr., who now handles the parricide case against Tejano, issued the warrant of arrest last November 2 on reports that Tejano was already located at the Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Police Office 9 in Pagadian City where he is assigned.
