CJH Dev. Co. chairman Robert John L. Sobrepeña made the announcement as he said that camp visitors can easily access basic facilities and service via the commercial mall.

The commercial mall will complement the 189-unit CJH Manor which will operate as a first-class hotel also by December and the 27 country homes. The 109 homes and other facilities are now being rushed for the Yuletide season.
