Before, I was a great supporter of the policies of the MMDA for the success of its program. I have witnessed how Bayani Fernando turned his city — Marikina to “Little Singapore.”

The SOCA would focus on the development directions the city government has undertaken for 2006 that would help Marikina City achieve its dream of becoming a "Little Singapore."
