Though landing on second in the final race for the month of February, Orlan Toring of Rut Machine Shop still came out the Road Cyclist of the Month at the Mandaue City reclamation area.


Toring was outsmarted by Ian Colina in the final leg, but this did not hamper his bid for the RCM title as he was able to accumulate enough points in the previous races.


Toring ended with a total of 74 points and became the first RCM awardee for 2007.
