Ismael "Jun-Jun" Secretaria was arrested in barangay Lagtang by authorities after being implicated by another suspect, John Iris Daan, in the killing of the policeman.


Daan, who was arrested the other day after being tagged by Secretaria as the one behind the crime, had told police that it was actually Secretaria who shot Castro. Secretaria went into hiding immediately after Daan was arrested.
