There are Filipinos whose hearts beat with unbridled dedication and love for the less fortunate. The members of the Foundation for Lay Education on Heart Diseases, Inc. (FLEHD) are such people, and their mission is to educate Filipinos on how to take care of their heart. The committed group of expert cardiologists and medical professionals, led by the indefatigable FLEHD founder and president Dr. Adolfo Bellosillo, recently recounted their successes at the meeting of their board of trustees.
