"I have to be strong for my family. I can never give up. I don’t even want to think about that," said Minda Llorando, as she talked to The STAR about her 21-year-old son, Jinky.

Jinky was diagnosed with end-stage renal disease 15 years ago. This means that his kidney no longer functions.
