Thirty-five information officers and other technical staff of the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR), Regional Integrated Agricultural Research Centers (RIARCs), Regional Fisheries Research and Development Centers (RFRDCs), and DA research implementing bureaus and attached agencies in Luzon and Visayas will be trained on knowledge capture, knowledge products design, and knowledge sharing today and tomorrow, at the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) in Los Baños, Laguna.

Students comprise a mix of industries, ranging from accountants, hotel managers, bankers, entrepreneurs, airline managers, service industry officers, oil and refinery personnel among others.
