For the past months, the traffic situation in the self-proclaimed Kapitolyo City has gone from bad to worse.

It is a fact that, weeks prior to the closure of part of the road at the North Reclamation Area (NRA), the main city’s traffic enforcement group placed visible signage on all roads leading to and from the NRA to inform all motorists of the impending road closure.

One thing I’ve noticed, as I take to the streets every day, is that the traffic organizations of each city in this province share one common trait:  lack of common courtesy.  When was the last time there was a rerouting scheme being implemented due to road repairs or such that had been properly marked out, and information properly disseminated?
