                    [Title] => Romulo Kintanar, RIP
                    [Summary] => NAYANIG muli ang lipunan dahil sa pagpatay sa dating pinuno ng New People’s Army na si Romulo ‘‘Rolly’’ Kintanar noong Huwebes, dakong ala-1:30 ng hapon sa Kamameshi House sa Quezon Memorial Circle, Quezon City. Sampung tama ng bala ang tinamo ni Kintanar. Dalawang lalaki ang bumaril sa kanya na mabilis ding tumakas.

"He was about to organize a group to help the Arroyo administration implement reforms in government as promised by President Arroyo and eliminate graft and corruption," Cebu City Councilor Vicente Kintanar, the slain former rebel leader’s second cousin, said.

Vicente, like the rest of his clan, expressed shock upon learning of Kintanar’s assassination Thursday.
