Thus clarified local radioman Lito Bigornia of the victim in a shooting incident here last Wednesday night.

He said he was surprised when he heard about the reports of he being shot and wounded in front of the provincial capitol here.

The victim, as earlier reported, is indeed the barangay chairman of Zone 7 and president of the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC), and a brother of Jowel Bigornia, vice mayoral running mate of re-electionist Bangued Mayor Ma. Zita Valera.
