[Title] => Creating Christmases to remember
[Summary] => Yes, it’s Christmas once again. Our good friends Ardy and Vera Abello gifted us with a beautiful Advent wreath (that Vera herself made), which reminded me that there was no turning back time. Decorations are up, lists are out, and the air is cool and breezy. I could almost smell all that glorious food and anticipate a fully packed schedule because of countless Christmas party celebrations, reunions, last-minute shopping binges, etc.

[Title] => A natural way to keep cholesterol away
[Summary] => Cholesterol has been getting a bad rap. Accused as the cause of body disorders. Tagged as the culprit behind some of today’s killer and dreaded diseases. These charges are not entirely baseless. A high concentration of cholesterol hardens the arteries that carry blood – and oxygen – to the heart, causing a fatal sickness called arteriosclerosis.

But this sterol found in most body tissues is indispensable to the human anatomy. Comprising a good part of our brain, cholesterol empowers the body to function well.
