Kabilang sa mga convicted criminal na pinalawig pa ang buhay ay sina Arthur Pangilinan y de Guzman, Arnold Lopez y Serrano at Reynaldo Yambot, pawang mga kidnap-for-ransom ang kaso at isasalang sa death chamber sa Agosto 15, 2005.


Kasama rin sa pinagkalooban ng 3-months reprieve ang apat na murderer na sina Jaime Carpo y Abat, Oscar Ibao y Tumenes, Warlito Ibao at Roche Ibao y Tumenes na bibitayin din sa darating na Agosto 15. Nakaligtas din ang 14 death convicts dahil sa mga kasong panggagahasa.
