The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through its subsidiary, John Hay Management Corp. (JHMC), has leased to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) a portion of the Camp John Hay Military Reservation at Barangay Kadaclan in Baguio City for the expansion of the Baguio City Economic Zone (BCEZ).


The 25-year lease of the 65,253 square meter area (known as Lot 15) was undertaken by PEZA to accommodate both existing and prospective locators.

The first phase of the SCTEP would actually comprise of Package 2 which is a 44-kilometer, four-lane super highway that would connect Clark to Tarlac.


Construction is scheudled to begin by February or early March next year with completion targetted by 2006.
