Davao Rep. Prospero Nograles who chairs the House Committee on Rules confirmed that House Bills numbers 3632, 3657 and 3733 have already been included in the calendar for approval by the plenary.

"The time has come to start building the legislature of one united Southeast Asian community to lift up the lives of hundreds of millions of people and help East Asia win its battle against poverty which is the noblest cause of all," he said.
