Teresita Deles that there was no P31 million payoff to the dreaded Alex Boncayao Brigade (ABB).

Today marks the start of the official campaign period for candidates running for local government positions from provincial governors, vice governors, congressmen, to city or municipal mayors, vice mayors, board members and councilors.
