Sajid Javed, 20, and Hamad Parvaiz, 24, arrived from Japan posing as Malaysian
nationals using fake passports.
It was actually their second time to enter the county, having earlier arrived
in Cebu from Kota Kinabalu.
Senior immigration agent Cresencio Ablan said the two then took a domestic
flight to Manila on Monday and flew the same day
