Dear Atty Gurfinkel:



My husband was petitioned as "single" by his immigrant-father (Category F-2B).  While my husband was waiting for his visa, we got married and we had two children.  Our childrenís birth certificates reflect the date and place of our marriage.  When the time came for my husband to be processed for his visa, he did not disclose our marriage and that he has children, to the Embassy.  Instead, my husband immigrated to the U.S. as "single", with no children.
